About Paul
Paul Clarke is a strategist working at the intersection of brand, marketing, communications and leadership. He partners with leaders to sharpen positioning, align messaging and strengthen credibility with the people who matter: clients, stakeholders and talent.
Over 30+ years, Paul has led brand, marketing and communications for some of the world’s most respected firms and institutions. Before founding Clerkenwell Strategic, he was Chief Brand & Communications Officer at Paul Hastings (New York), leading an international team and helping redefine the firm’s purpose, brand and marketing communications strategy in support of growth and global reputation. He also served as EY’s Global Communications & Engagement Leader and held senior roles spanning communications and marketing at McKinsey, Prudential and Deloitte, including leading marketing for Deloitte Consulting in the UK.
Clerkenwell Strategic reflects how Paul works best: senior-led, structured and pragmatic. The work creates clarity quickly and translates strategy into language and direction teams can use. The aim is to help teams make better choices, move with greater confidence and strengthen trust with the audiences that matter.
